- Villa Suites – We offer just one room of this type, once a private home, now you will enjoy a two floor apartment type with a very spacious living area, kitchen and dining area. There are two bedrooms, private bathrooms and a heliport pad on the room.

Sepoc Beach Center
Located just a 15 minute boat ride away from the Eagle Point Beach Resort is the famous Maricaban Island, here you can enjoy a fun and relaxing day on a nice white sand beach, complete with a building that offers a function room, that can accommodation up to 100 guest. Also here is a famous Philippines diving spot called Sepoc Point, where you can also enjoy "Wall Diving".
Double Level Swimming Pool
Here at Eagle Point Resort we have three different swimming pools, our main pool is two levels, the top swimming pool offers beautiful waterfalls and has a water-slide that is enjoyed by children and adults.
Located at the southern end of the resort, with a fantastic view of Maricaban Island, the Sombrero Islands and Sepoc, this pool is excellent for our guest staying in our lovely cottages or cabanas.
Located just a few steps below our main swimming pool you will find our Reef Pool, it's about 12 feet deep and is filled with saltwater, this pool is used by our Master Scuba Divers to train beginners to both scuba diving and snorkeling. Our reef pool is filled with marine life to simulate what you will ultimately experience in the open ocean.

Our excellent diving shop is located at the front of the reef pool, here you can rent and purchase diving gear, we offer the latest equipment.
Here at Eagle Point Dive Resort we offer four (4) different function rooms, with the largest room having the capacity to accommodate up to 250 persons. We are your perfect location for all types of functions and parties.
Fun for the entire family, our game room offers a regulation size billiards table, table tennis, foosball and English darts.
Helipad & Car Parking
Enjoy arriving at Eagle Point Resort in Anilao Batangas by helicopter, landing just a few steps away from our diving center, and your room. Our parking lot can accommodate up to about 30 vehicles.
We have several aviaries here at Eagle Point, with a variety of different tropical birds, some of which we did rescue after being injured. Walking through this area you will see different birds such as, Hawks, Pheasants, Eagles, our Albino Peacock and some Toucans.
Anilao Scuba Diving Sites
This area of Batangas is truly blessed with some of the most fantastic diving sites in the Philippines. Year after year scuba divers come back to Anilao Batangas for scuba diving and taking wonderful diving photos.
The Cathedral – Just off Bagalangit Point, with an average depth of 90 feet, and a maximum of 200 feet, with visibility of about 80 feet or so, here you can experience some fairly strong currents, that may make taking pictures difficult.
Kirby's Rock – Located just off the northeast part of Caban Island, just a 10 minute boat ride from Eagle Point Resort, with the average depth of about 40 feet, and a maximum of 100, this dive site is fairly calm but does offer some strong currents.
Eagle Point – Located directly at the front of our beach resort, and just a bit south of The Cathedral Dive Site, this area is mostly calm, with a very light current, the visibility is about 50 to 60 feet, with an average depth of 33 feet, and a maximum of 60 feet.
Koala – Located just a bit to the south of Eagle Point Resort, about a 10 minute boat ride away, with the average depth of about 60 feet, and a maximum of about 80 feet, this area is for the most part calm, with a medium current and visibility of about 65 feet.
Arthur's Rock – Located just to the south our our Eagle Point Hotel you will find this excellent diving site, it's about a 15 minute boat ride away.
Dead Point – Located just off the small point of Koala, you will find Dead Point diving site, it's about 10 minutes by boat, with an average depth of 33 feet and a maximum depth of about 70 feet. You will find the diving conditions here to be calm with a slight current, with visibility to be about 65 feet or so.
Twin Rocks – Located at the southeast part of Dead Point, it will take about 25 minutes to arrive here by boat, with an average depth of about 20 feet and a maximum depth of 40 feet. The diving conditions are calm with just a small current and visibility is about 65 feet.
Mainit Point – We will travel about 30 minutes by boat to Calumpang Peninsula, at the southern most point you will find Cazador Piont, as seen on diving charts. The average diving depth here is about 50 feet with a maximum of 100 feet, the diving conditions are calm with a slight current, visibility can be about 65 feet.
Daryl Laut – Located just to the west of Caban Island, and is about a 15 minute boat ride away, with the average depth being about 65 feet, with a maximum depth of 90 feet or so. The diving conditions here are calm with a slight current, with the visibility being at about 65 feet.
Bahura – Located at the north western part of Caban Island, and about a 15 minute boat ride away from Eagle Point, with the average diving depth being about 50 feet and the maximum of about 100 feet. The diving conditions here are calm with a fairly strong current, that can at times be rough at the surface, visibility is about 80 feet.
Sepoc Wall – Located just west of Sepok Point, and about 15 minutes away by boat from Eagle Point. The average depth here is about 50 feet with the maximum being about 90 feet. The diving conditions are calm with a medium current, however the current can also get strong, with the visibility at about 100 feet. This is a very beautiful diving spot here in Anilao Batangas, with great coral gardens and a wall that drops some 90 feet.
Beatrice Rock – Located at the northeast side of Sombrero Island, and about 15 minutes away from Eagle Point, with an average depth of about 45 feet and the maximum of about 90 feet. The diving conditions here are calm with strong currents, and due to it's exposure it can get quite rough at times, with visibility at about 80 feet.
Mapating "Shark" Rock – Located just southwest of Sepoc Point and about 20 minutes away from Eagle Point. This dive site is located in open water, so therefore a boatman or an experienced guide, since this site can easily be missed. The average diving depth is about 65 feet with a maximum of about 130 feet. This is a very large area and the currents are really strong, if you are not and experienced diver, then you should avoid taking this dive.
Merriels Rock – Located on the northwest part of Maricaban Island and just to the north of Bursar Point. The boat ride from Eagle Point is about 30 minutes, with the average diving depth being about 60 feet with a maximum of 80 feet. The diving conditions here are calm with very strong currents, however this area can also get rough, with the visibility being about 80 feet.
Devil's Point – Located at the southwest point of Maricaban Island, known on the diving charts as Burijar Point is about 30 minutes by boat from Eagle Point, with an average depth of 45 feet and a maximum of 90 feet. The diving conditions here are calm, with medium to strong currents, however it can get rough, with the visibility at about 80 feet.
- Bonito & Malajibomanoc Islands – Located at the very end of Maricaban Island and about 45 minutes to 1 hour boat ride from Eagle Point, you will find the average depth here to be 60 feet with a maximum of about 80 feet. The diving conditions are calm with strong currents, however the area can become rough at times with the visibility at about 80 feet. These two diving sites here in Anilao Batangas are marine sanctuaries that offer small patches of coral heads and sandy slopes, with the currents here quite fierce.
Other Fun Activities
Here at Eagle Point Resort in Batangas you will be amazed at the wonderful snorkeling areas available to you, with beautiful coral reefs, just filled with all types of fantastic marine life. One of the best parts about coming here to Anilao is that you do not have to have to be a scuba diver to enjoy the wonderful world that exist in the ocean. The best part about Eagle Point Resort is that you can jump into the ocean from any point on our pier and start snorkeling, and seeing the amazing sea creatures, no need for traveling if you do not want.
Sombrero Island – This location is excellent for snorkeling enthusiast, and it's only about at 20 minute boat ride away. On the western side of this beautiful island you will find an amazing coral reef garden, which if you are snorkeling you can venture out to about 50 feet from the shore, safely.
- Sepoc, Cemetery Beach & Maricaban Island – Here you will find the coral reef garden to be quite extensive, which it mostly fronts Cemetery Beach, however the variety of marine life here is just awesome, super incredible to be exact, truly a paradise for snorkelers. Here you will find that the deepest point at low tides is only about 15 to 20 feet.
