Pasay Philippines
Pasay Philippines, a city on Luzon Island, Rizal Province, on the eastern shore of Manila Bay. It is a residential suburb of Manila and a commercial center. The Lopez Memorial Museum and Library, which houses a collection of paintings by Filipino artists, is here, and an international airport is nearby. Population (1999 estimate) 418,271.
