Local Airport
Vigan has a new airport that opened in March of 2011. There are currently two (2) flights to Vigan weekly. From Manila the flight time to Vigan is about one (1) hour on the Dornier SEAIR 32 seated plane. For more information about Vigan flights just click on the video button below.
Land and Sea Transfers
By air (Direct flight to Vigan City)
Only Seair offers direct flights from Manila to Vigan every Friday, and Vigan to Manila every Sunday with one (1) hour as its travel time. From Vigan Airport, it is a fifteen to twenty (15-20) minutes transfer to the hotel.
By air and land (Direct flight going to Laoag, then Land Transport to Vigan City)
A fifty-five-minute (55 min.) flight via Airphil Express, Philippine Airlines, Cebu Pacific and ZEST Air are available from Manila going to Laoag. Then a one and a half (1 ½) hour chartered van transfer from Laoag Airport to Vigan City.
By land (8 hours Land Transport)
Various Bus Lines from Manila have daily 8-hour land transport directly to Vigan. It is 407 km away from Manila. North Expressway at Balintawak will be the gateway going to the province. You will pass some provinces such as Pampanga, Tarlac, Pangasinan and La Union before reaching Vigan.
