Philippines Travel Agent Applicant Requirements

1. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years degree in Bachelor of Tourism or Hotel & Restaurant Management Degree.
2. Must possess good communication skills, fluent in English and Tagalog, oral & written.
3. Pleasing personality with a positive attitude.
4. Pro-active, self motivated, multi-task capable
5. Computer literate in Word / Excel
6. Experience or No Experience is Ok ? We will train you.
7. Must be able to travel to Boracay, Palawan, Bohol, Cebu as well as other Philippine Tour Destinations.

Philippines Travel Agent Monthly Salary & Benefits Package

1. We offer a base salary of 10,000 peso per month.
2. Monthly Commissions - Each travel agent has the opportunity to earn a commission based on a sliding scale.

Benefits Package
1. SSS - We pay into your Social Security System.
2. Pag-ibig - We pay into this required Government fund to assist you with housing.
3. PhilHealth - We pay into your this fund that pays your hospital bills.
4. Paid Holidays - You are fully paid for all legal Philippines holidays
5. Paid Sick Days - For every 30 days with no absent, you earn (.5) day of sick leave. This can also be converted to vacation time.
6. Paid trips - You will travel to Boracay, Palawan, Bohol, Cebu, and other Philippines tour destinations.
7. 13-Month - For Regular Employee
